1. About the website

This website provides general information about Pink Noise Riga, including festival news, programme information, artist announcements, venue information, and access to ticket purchasing services.

2. Organiser

Pink Noise Riga is organised by Nords Event Communications SIA.

3. Website information

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, all content is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated, corrected, changed, or removed at any time.

Festival-related information, including dates, times, venues, programme details, artist appearances, line-ups, supporting acts, and other event elements, may change at any time due to operational, artistic, safety, legal, technical, or other reasons.

4. Tickets and ticket sales

Tickets for Pink Noise Riga events are sold through Fienta, which may be presented on this website through an embedded checkout, popup, or link to a ticketing page.

When purchasing a ticket, the purchase is also subject to the applicable ticket sale process, payment process, and any relevant terms or policies of Fienta and its payment service providers.

The organiser is responsible for the event, event-related terms, and ticket policy. Fienta acts as the ticketing platform used for processing and administration of ticket sales.

5. No right of withdrawal for dated event tickets

Where applicable law permits, tickets for Pink Noise Riga events are supplied as leisure services related to specific dates or periods of performance. Accordingly, the standard consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to such ticket purchases.

6. Refunds, cancellations, postponements, and changes

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific event or required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially relocated, the organiser may announce the applicable procedure for affected tickets in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to programme details, artist line-up, running order, set times, supporting acts, venue areas, or similar elements do not by themselves constitute grounds for a refund, unless required by mandatory law or expressly announced by the organiser.

7. Third-party ticket transfers and resale

Pink Noise Riga and the ticketing platform do not operate, control, verify, or guarantee third-party ticket transfers, private sales, or resale arrangements made outside the official sales channel.

Any private transfer or purchase of a ticket from another person is made entirely at the participants’ own risk. Pink Noise Riga and the organiser are not responsible for fraud, duplicate tickets, invalid tickets, payment disputes, overcharging, failed delivery, or any other loss arising from third-party transactions or unofficial sources.

We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through official sales channels.

8. Admission and event management

The organiser reserves the right, where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, venue operations, or proper event management, to make changes to entry procedures, schedules, event layout, capacity management, and related operational arrangements.

The organiser may refuse admission or remove a person from the event where this is reasonably necessary for safety, security, compliance with venue rules, unlawful conduct, dangerous behaviour, or material disruption of the event.
